RollerFoot Return Instructions

For all returns, please pack RollerFoot securely in the original box and packaging. Include all parts and accessories originally supplied with the unit.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. RollerFoot does not provide a prepaid return label. You may use an appropriate carrier of your choice.

Please email info@rollerfoot.com when the return has been shipped and include the shipment date and tracking information if available.

Purchase Returns

If RollerFoot is not right for you, notify Step Dynamics within 2 days of delivery and ship the unit back within 3 days of delivery.

A $50 return processing/refurbishment fee applies. Additional deductions may apply for missing parts, excessive cleaning, damage, or other necessary refurbishment.

Refunds for eligible purchase returns are processed according to the current purchase return terms after the returned unit is received and inspected.

Rental Returns

At the end of the rental period, pack RollerFoot securely in the original box and return it to Step Dynamics.

The rental period is calculated through the date the unit is shipped back. Return transit time does not count as rental time.

The $100 rental security deposit is refunded after the returned unit is inspected, less any unpaid rental time, missing parts, excessive cleaning, damage, or other applicable charges.

Return the unit to the current Step Dynamics return address shown on this Contact page or provided with your order.
