RollerFoot Rental Return Instructions
At the end of your rental, once you are ready to ship the unit back, please follow these steps:
- Pack the unit neatly in the same box it came in, provided you have saved it! If not, acquire a similar sturdy carton box, suitable for shipment.
NOTE: Please include all detachable parts such as two straps and their extenders, the original gel pad, and anything else that was sent to you additionally. The price of missing components may be deducted from your Rental Security Deposit.

- Hand the box over to the carrier of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
- Please send us an email notifying us of your day of shipment.
Upon receipt of the unit, we will inspect it for excessive damage and missing parts within 3 business days. Within 5 business days of our receipt of the unit your Rental Security Deposit will be returned to you via PayPal, minus unpaid rental days and missing hardware cost, if any.
