Purchase Refund and Return Policy

If you receive your RollerFoot and decide it is not right for you, you may return it for a refund, provided that you notify Step Dynamics by email within 2 days of delivery, ship the unit back within 3 days of delivery, and return it in the original RollerFoot box and packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. RollerFoot does not provide prepaid return labels. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier of your choice. Return transit time does not count against the return period, provided the unit is shipped within the required 3-day period.

A qualified return is subject to a $50 handling and restocking fee. Original payment-processing fees and other nonrecoverable transaction costs may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Additional deductions may apply for missing parts, excessive cleaning, damage, or other conditions requiring repair or replacement.
